I offer a free consultation where we can discuss your goals, challenges, and what you're looking for. This will help us determine if my coaching style aligns with your needs and if I can support you in reaching your fitness aspirations.

What’s the difference between a
fitness coach and a personal trainer?

While personal trainers focus mainly on exercises and physical training, I take a more holistic approach. I work with you on fitness, mindset, nutrition, and lifestyle habits to help you reach your long-term health goals. My goal is to make you fit for life. 

How often will I meet with you?

The frequency of our meetings depends on your goals and the plan you choose. Typically, I recommend weekly sessions but these can be tailored to work around you and your lifestyle

Is nutrition included in the coaching plan?

Yes! Nutrition is a big part of my coaching. I provide guidance on healthy eating, meal planning, and crafting a nutrition strategy that complements your fitness goals. Together, we’ll create a sustainable plan that works for you.

Are the coaching sessions in-person or online?

I offer both in-person and online coaching, allowing you to choose the option that works best for you. Whether you prefer face-to-face interaction or the convenience of virtual sessions, I can accommodate your needs.

How do I track my progress?

Tracking progress is a key part of my coaching process. I’ll help you measure your progress using fitness assessments, goal reviews, and tracking tools so you can stay motivated and see the results of your hard work.

What if I don’t see results right away?

It’s normal for results to take time. Consistency is key, and I will be there to support you every step of the way. If necessary, I’ll adjust the program to ensure we’re on the right track toward achieving your goals.
